About the role

Stellar Services is launching a data‑intensive platform that relies on high‑performance NoSQL storage. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design, optimize, and maintain our database architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability for critical workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Design schema and data models tailored to application needs
• Implement indexing, sharding, and replication strategies
• Monitor performance, conduct tuning, and resolve bottlenecks
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate MongoDB with APIs
• Document best practices and provide knowledge transfer

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with MongoDB deployment and administration
• Proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, and related ecosystems
• Understanding of data modeling, aggregation pipelines, and security
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and scripts

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or container orchestration
• Experience with cloud services like Atlas, AWS, or Azure
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools
