About the role

We are modernizing a high‑traffic legacy production platform and need a Node.js Developer to ensure zero‑downtime migrations while delivering new features.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor monolithic services into scalable micro‑services using Node.js
• Design and implement zero‑downtime deployment pipelines
• Build and optimize REST APIs for high concurrency
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to automate testing and monitoring
• Document architecture decisions and migration steps

Must-have skills

• 5+ years Node.js development experience
• Strong expertise in Express and asynchronous JavaScript
• Proven track record with zero‑downtime releases
• Deep understanding of REST API design and performance tuning

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
