About the role

Harbor Softworks is launching an integration hub that will synchronize billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a PostgreSQL Administrator to design, tune, and maintain the data layer that powers this connector.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement PostgreSQL schemas that map billing and CRM entities
• Develop ETL pipelines to move data between PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL
• Optimize queries for real‑time API responses and batch loads
• Set up replication and backup strategies to guarantee zero data loss
• Collaborate with backend engineers to embed stored procedures into API services

Must-have skills

• 5+ years managing PostgreSQL in production
• Deep knowledge of performance tuning, indexing, and partitioning
• Experience integrating PostgreSQL with MongoDB and MySQL
• Strong SQL scripting and automation (bash/PowerShell)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud‑hosted PostgreSQL (AWS RDS, Azure)
• Understanding of billing systems and CRM data models
