About the role

Northbay Systems is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated delivery pipelines that ensure reliable, repeatable deployments across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows for micro‑services and serverless components
• Integrate version control, build, test, and deployment stages using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
• Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes clusters in AWS
• Implement automated testing, security scanning, and compliance checks within pipelines
• Collaborate with billing, CRM, and API teams to align release schedules and rollback strategies

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines for cloud‑native applications
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (ECS/EKS, CodePipeline, CloudFormation)
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, scripting, and infrastructure as code

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Terraform or Pulumi for provisioning
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Datadog
• Background in integrating billing or CRM systems
