As an integral part of our creative team, you will be working on a wide range of projects, from social media campaigns and advertising materials to editorial content and brand identity development. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize expert-level skills in image editing software, particularly Photoshop, to enhance, manipulate, and optimize images for various mediums and formats.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and project managers to conceptualize and develop visually stunning images that meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Apply advanced retouching techniques to remove blemishes, correct colors, and enhance image details, ensuring that all final products are polished and refined.
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality images that exceed client expectations.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all images are free from errors, inconsistencies, and technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in image editing, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our visual content.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, target audiences, and marketing strategies, using this insight to inform your image editing decisions.
• Contribute to the development of our agency's visual style and aesthetic, ensuring that our image editing work is cohesive, innovative, and aligned with our brand values.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to junior team members, helping to develop their image editing skills and expertise.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, offering ideas and insights that can help drive the creative direction of our projects.
• Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless integration of images into various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
• Stay organized, managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain open and effective communication with the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project progress and goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve our image editing processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains, quality improvements, and innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in image editing, preferably in an agency or creative services environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with a strong understanding of its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional image editing skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory, and composition.
• Familiarity with other image editing software, such as Lightroom and Illustrator, is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop creative solutions.
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to continuously learn, grow, and improve as an image editing professional.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Certification in graphic design or a related field is an asset, but not required.
