Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to conceptualize and develop video content that meets our brand's visual and narrative standards.
• Edit and finalize video projects using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
• Develop and implement motion graphics, titles, and other visual elements to enhance the visual appeal of our videos.
• Work closely with the scripting team to ensure that the video content aligns with the written narrative and meets our brand's tone and style guidelines.
• Conduct thorough reviews of video footage to select the best shots, ensure consistency, and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide high-quality audio editing services, including sound design, mixing, and mastering.
• Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure that all video projects are delivered on time and meet our quality standards.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand's visual style and tone, ensuring consistency across all video content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing and production, making recommendations for improvements to our workflows and processes.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivers high-quality results under pressure.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring seamless communication with the team and stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and improve our content creation processes.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that all video content meets our brand's quality standards and is free from technical issues.
• Provide constructive feedback to the production team on ways to improve video content, including suggestions for new formats, styles, and ideas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics, title design, and visual effects, with experience in using tools like After Effects or Motion.
• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to develop compelling narratives and visually engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for color correction, sound design, and overall visual quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and receive direction from the production team.
• Strong understanding of our brand's visual style and tone, with the ability to adapt to new formats and styles as needed.
• Experience with collaboration tools, including project management software, version control systems, and file sharing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, lighting, and composition, with experience in using these principles to enhance the visual appeal of video content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to meet production schedules.
