We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Portal Project Manager to join our fast-paced non-profit team. As a Customer Portal Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of our customer portal, ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our non-profit's mission.
Project Overview:
Our customer portal is a critical component of our non-profit's operations, providing a secure and user-friendly platform for our customers to access information, make payments, and engage with our organization. We are seeking a project manager who can lead the development and implementation of this project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and implementation of the customer portal, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and customer support to ensure that the portal meets the needs of our customers
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Ensure that the portal is developed and implemented in accordance with our non-profit's policies and procedures
- Manage and resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and vendors
Required Skills:
- Project management experience, preferably in a non-profit or customer-focused organization
- Experience with customer portal development and implementation, including Agile project management methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools, including Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and customer portal development platforms
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation, with the ability to manage and track budgets and resources
Tools Needed:
- Asana or Trello for project management
- Jira for bug tracking and project planning
- CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, for customer relationship management
- Customer portal development platform, such as Salesforce Community Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics 365
Deliverables:
- A fully functional and user-friendly customer portal that meets the needs of our customers
- A project plan, including project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders
- A final project report, including lessons learned and recommendations for future improvements
