Cybersecurity Analyst Needed for Enterprise IAM Hardening

About the role

BrightMart Solutions is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to assess, design, and implement protective controls across our cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform threat modeling and risk assessments for SaaS workloads
• Develop and enforce security baselines for compute, storage, and networking services
• Automate vulnerability scanning and remediation pipelines using Python scripts
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security checks into CI/CD workflows
• Document findings, produce actionable reports, and advise on remediation priorities

Must-have skills

• Strong knowledge of cloud security frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST)
• Hands‑on experience with Linux hardening and security tooling
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting
• Understanding of network security concepts and IAM controls

Nice to have

• Experience with container security and Kubernetes hardening
• Familiarity with security incident response in cloud environments
