Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data processes to support business intelligence and analytics.
• Prepare and present data visualizations, reports, and other materials to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and visualization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of data systems, processes, and solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data quality issues and develop solutions to address them.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on data analysis and visualization tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to acquire and integrate data from external sources.
• Develop and maintain data models and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles, with the ability to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques, such as regression, clustering, and decision trees.
