About the role

CoreData Systems is accelerating its release cycle with a focused CI/CD and platform automation sprint. We need a Database Administrator who can design, tune, and automate database workflows to support faster, reliable deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement automated backup, restore, and migration pipelines using CI/CD tools.
• Optimize PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL schemas for high‑throughput CI builds.
• Collaborate with DevOps to embed database changes into release pipelines.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively resolve bottlenecks during sprint cycles.
• Document procedures and create runbooks for rapid rollbacks.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience managing PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL in production.
• Proficiency with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Automation scripting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of database security and compliance in automated pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerized databases (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring stacks like Prometheus or Grafana.
