About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is preparing a major app store launch that requires tight mobile and backend coordination. We need a DevOps Engineer to design and automate the pipelines that keep the mobile front‑end and server services in sync.

Key responsibilities

• Build CI/CD workflows that deploy both mobile backend services and related API gateways.
• Containerize backend components with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes.
• Configure AWS resources (ECS, RDS, S3) to support scalable mobile traffic.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for release health.
• Collaborate with mobile developers to ensure build artifacts are correctly versioned and delivered.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
• Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes cluster management.
• Hands‑on with AWS services and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Understanding of mobile backend integration patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fastlane or mobile CI pipelines.
• Knowledge of serverless functions for lightweight endpoints.
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks like Prometheus/Grafana.
