Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with art directors, photographers, and designers to conceptualize and develop visually stunning images that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Utilize expertise in image editing software, particularly Photoshop, to enhance, retouch, and manipulate images to achieve desired effects and moods.
• Work on a wide range of projects, including editorial, commercial, fine art, and advertising photography, ensuring consistency and excellence in every piece.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality images, meeting deadlines and project schedules.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in image editing, ensuring our studio remains at the forefront of creative innovation.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all images are of the highest quality, both technically and aesthetically.
• Collaborate with the production team to coordinate image shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and crew management.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of new business by creating compelling pitch materials and showcasing our studio's capabilities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative ideas and solutions for our projects.
• Manage and maintain our image library, ensuring all files are properly labeled, organized, and easily accessible.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to image editing software and hardware, finding solutions and implementing fixes as needed.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand style and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in image editing software, particularly Photoshop, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
• At least 3 years of experience in a professional image editing role, preferably in a creative or advertising agency setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional image editing skills, with a focus on creative and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail and a drive to excellence.
• Familiarity with other creative software, such as InDesign and Illustrator, is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual aesthetics, with a keen eye for detail and balance.
• Ability to take direction and feedback, incorporating suggestions and revisions into work with a positive and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and web design principles is desirable, but not essential.
