Key Responsibilities

  • Review and edit user-generated content to ensure it meets our guidelines and policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content delivery
  • Work closely with our content team to ensure that all content meets our high standards
  • Develop and implement content moderation guidelines and policies
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on content to ensure it meets our standards
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to our content team on how to improve content quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with our customer support team to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Develop and maintain reports and metrics on content moderation performance
  • Contribute to the development of our content strategy and planning
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on content moderation and quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in content moderation or related field
  • Strong understanding of content guidelines and policies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in content management systems and moderation tools
  • Experience with data entry and content analysis
