Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and identify trends and patterns to support business decision-making
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize financial initiatives
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
• Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide financial training and support to non-financial staff
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support financial initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners
• Support the development and implementation of financial strategies and initiatives
• Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts to support business planning
• Conduct financial research and analysis to support business decision-making

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience with financial software and systems, including Excel and financial planning tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
• Certification in finance or accounting, such as CFA or CPA, is an asset
