Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visual concepts for various clients and projects, including logo design, branding, advertising, and digital marketing materials
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and refine designs
• Work closely with copywriters and art directors to ensure design concepts align with project objectives and client expectations
• Utilize design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and edit design files
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of design principles, trends, and best practices
• Present design concepts to clients and internal teams, and incorporate feedback to refine designs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Contribute to the development of design style guides, brand guidelines, and other documentation
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and design software
• Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and quality control
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure design consistency and alignment with company goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on visual design and branding
• Strong proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality control and high-quality design
• Familiarity with design trends, best practices, and industry standards
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
