GraphQL API Developer – Multi-Region System Integration

About the role

DataPro Services is launching an integration project that will unify billing, CRM, and internal APIs through a GraphQL gateway. We need a focused GraphQL API Developer to design, implement, and test the schema that stitches these services together while ensuring performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design a unified GraphQL schema that maps to existing REST and internal endpoints
• Implement resolvers in NodeJS, handling authentication and data transformation
• Collaborate with React front‑end teams to define queries and mutations
• Write unit and integration tests for each resolver and data source
• Document API contracts and versioning strategy for future extensions

Must-have skills

• Proven experience building production‑grade GraphQL APIs
• Strong knowledge of NodeJS and REST API integration
• Comfortable working with React consumers of GraphQL
• Understanding of authentication flows (OAuth, JWT)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with billing platforms (Stripe, Zuora)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for API deployment
