In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, across various industries. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our clients' business objectives, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct HR audits to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for HR process enhancements, including HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide guidance on employment law and regulatory compliance, ensuring our clients are aware of their legal obligations and are taking steps to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with our clients to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Design and deliver training programs on HR-related topics, such as performance management, leadership development, and employee communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their HR needs are met.
- Work closely with our team members to develop and implement HR projects, including HR process improvements, HR technology implementations, and HR metrics and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in HR, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our HR services.
- Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and maximizing return on investment for our clients.
- Provide coaching and guidance to our clients on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics, providing insights and recommendations to our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics, including dashboards and reports, to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with our clients to develop and implement succession planning and talent management initiatives, ensuring they have the right people in the right roles to drive business success.
- Provide support and guidance on HR-related projects, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and organizational design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results, including experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with HR technology, including HR information systems, performance management software, and recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance, including experience with labor relations, employee benefits, and worker's compensation.
- Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a consulting environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and manage HR projects from conception to implementation.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics.
