Key Responsibilities

- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand's voice and tone.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to inform future social media strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve our social media presence.
- Manage and allocate budget for social media advertising and content creation, ensuring optimal ROI and alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers, partners, and vendors to expand our reach and credibility.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that ensures consistency, quality, and relevance across all social media platforms.
- Lead social media crises management, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and protect our brand's reputation.
- Provide training and support to team members on social media best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across all social media channels.
- Conduct regular social media audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize our social media presence.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, participating in webinars, conferences, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, creating buyer personas and tailoring content to meet their needs and interests.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and business growth.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with social media advertising, including paid social media campaigns and influencer partnerships.
- Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to write, edit, and curate high-quality, engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights.
- Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
