About the role

BrightMart Solutions is creating a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for operations teams. We need a Node.js Developer to design, build, and optimize backend services that ingest, transform, and expose operational data in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable Node.js micro‑services for data ingestion and processing
• Design RESTful APIs that deliver analytics to internal dashboards
• Implement data validation, error handling, and logging pipelines
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define schema and performance targets
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability

Must-have skills

• Proficient in NodeJS and Express
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals
• Experience building REST API services
• Understanding of data streaming or ETL concepts

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud data services (e.g., AWS S3, GCP Pub/Sub)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker)
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana
