About the role

LumenWorks is enhancing its test automation suite to cut regression risk before product launches. We need a PHP Developer who can integrate automated tests into existing pipelines and improve coverage across core services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement PHP‑based test scripts for critical workflows
• Integrate tests with CI/CD tools to run on each build
• Refactor legacy test code for maintainability and speed
• Collaborate with QA and dev teams to define risk‑based test scenarios
• Document test cases and results for stakeholder review

Must-have skills

• Strong PHP development experience (3+ years)
• Proficiency with Laravel framework
• Hands‑on MySQL database knowledge
• Experience building or extending automated test suites
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Selenium or Cypress for UI testing
• Exposure to Docker containers for test environments
