About the role

BlueSky Ventures is building an AI‑driven content generation platform and needs a Prompt Engineer to craft, test, and refine prompts for large language models. You will work closely with data scientists and product owners to ensure outputs meet quality and relevance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate prompts for multiple LLMs to achieve specific business objectives.
• Analyze model outputs, identify failure modes, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate prompt pipelines into APIs.
• Create documentation and best‑practice guidelines for prompt usage.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust prompts for optimal results.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with prompt engineering for GPT‑type models.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of JavaScript for front‑end integration.
• Understanding of REST API design and consumption.
• Ability to evaluate and fine‑tune model outputs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience in A/B testing of prompt variations.
