About the role

Summit Digital is launching a high‑velocity CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate release cycles for its new TurboDeploy module. As a Prompt Engineer you will craft and fine‑tune prompts that drive automated pipeline orchestration, ensuring seamless integration across our cloud‑native stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate prompts for Jenkins and GitHub Actions to trigger multi‑environment deployments.
• Collaborate with DevOps to embed LLM‑generated scripts into Terraform and Helm charts.
• Validate prompt outputs against security policies and compliance checks in each sprint milestone.
• Monitor and refine prompt performance using LangChain tracing tools during the two‑week release cadence.
• Document prompt versioning and rollback procedures within the TurboDeploy knowledge base.

Must-have skills

• Expertise in prompt engineering for automation workflows.
• Proficiency with Python and JavaScript for script generation.
• Experience integrating REST API calls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Strong debugging skills in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).

Nice to have

• Background in MLOps or model deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes).
