About the role

BrightMart Solutions is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay live 24/7. We need a QA Software Tester to design and execute tests that ensure zero‑downtime releases while the system is refactored for scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for critical user flows using Selenium.
• Design smoke, regression, and performance tests aligned with zero‑downtime goals.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to embed testing into CI pipelines.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Continuously improve test coverage and reporting metrics.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in manual and automated QA for web applications.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and test framework integration.
• Solid understanding of test design, defect lifecycle, and CI/CD concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with legacy system migration challenges.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for custom test utilities.
