About the role

Harbor Softworks is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay online 24/7. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design and implement a zero‑downtime deployment flow across AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.

Key responsibilities

• Architect a resilient CI/CD pipeline using GitOps principles
• Automate build, test and release stages with Docker and Kubernetes
• Integrate automated rollback and blue‑green strategies to guarantee zero‑downtime
• Collaborate with developers to embed security and compliance checks
• Document pipeline architecture and provide knowledge transfer

Must-have skills

• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native apps
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and AWS services
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Shell, Python, or similar)
• Understanding of zero‑downtime deployment patterns

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana
• Background in legacy system migration
