Senior DevOps Engineer – Infrastructure Setup Workstream

About the role

Ridgeline Software is expanding its multi‑tenant B2B platform and needs a DevOps Engineer to streamline feature delivery pipelines. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure reliable, repeatable deployments across isolated tenant environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD workflows for multi‑tenant feature releases
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Implement container orchestration best practices on Kubernetes clusters
• Monitor performance and reliability metrics, refining alerts and dashboards
• Collaborate on security hardening and compliance for shared resources

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Proficient in AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, IAM)
• Hands‑on CI/CD pipeline creation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Infrastructure as code expertise (Terraform preferred)

Nice to have

• Experience with multi‑tenant SaaS architectures
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio)
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus/Grafana
