About the role

BrightMart Solutions seeks a Senior Generative AI Specialist to lead the design and implementation of cutting‑edge large language model solutions for internal product enhancement. You will shape model architecture, fine‑tune pretrained models, and integrate them into existing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and success metrics for generative AI initiatives.
• Design, train, and evaluate large language models using state‑of‑the‑art techniques.
• Develop APIs and services to expose model capabilities to product teams.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize output quality.
• Document model performance, limitations, and deployment procedures.

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in transformer architectures and LLM fine‑tuning.
• Proficiency in Python for model development and experimentation.
• Experience building RESTful APIs to serve AI models.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MLOps tools for model versioning and deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for scalable AI services.
