About the role
CoreData Systems is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay online 24/7. We need an iOS App Developer to refactor critical modules, introduce SwiftUI, and ensure zero‑downtime deployments while preserving existing user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Rewrite legacy Objective‑C components to Swift with clean architecture
- Integrate new REST API endpoints and handle offline caching
- Implement feature flags and blue‑green releases for zero‑downtime updates
- Write unit and UI tests to maintain high reliability
- Collaborate with backend and QA teams to coordinate rollout windows
Must-have skills
- 5+ years of iOS development, strong Swift expertise
- Deep knowledge of REST API consumption and networking
- Experience with zero‑downtime deployment strategies
- Proficiency in SwiftUI and Combine
- Solid testing practices (XCTest, UI testing)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for iOS
- Experience modernizing legacy codebases
