About the role

NexGen Media is building a next‑generation video analytics platform that leverages large‑scale machine learning models. We need a Senior MLOps Engineer to design, implement, and automate the end‑to‑end deployment pipeline for our models, ensuring reliability and scalability throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model training, validation, and serving.
• Containerize ML workloads using Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for model performance and infrastructure health.
• Optimize resource utilization and cost on AWS services.
• Collaborate with data scientists to streamline model versioning and rollback procedures.
• Document best practices and create reusable automation templates.

Must-have skills

• Extensive experience with Python for scripting and automation.
• Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proficiency with AWS services such as EKS, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Strong background in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Solid understanding of MLOps principles and model lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks like Prometheus/Grafana.
