About the role

DataPro Services is expanding its B2B product with a new multi-tenant capability. We need a MongoDB Specialist for multi-tenant feature delivery to design, implement, and optimize the data layer.

Key responsibilities

• Design a tenant‑aware schema that isolates data while sharing resources efficiently
• Implement sharding and indexing strategies to support high concurrency
• Develop migration scripts for existing tenant data without downtime
• Write automated tests and monitoring alerts for data integrity
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate MongoDB operations into services

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with MongoDB architecture and performance tuning
• Proven track record delivering multi‑tenant solutions in SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of data security and access controls
• Ability to write clear documentation and share knowledge

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes for database deployment
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for database migrations
