Senior .NET Core Developer – Domain Modeling

About the role

CoreData Systems is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay live 24/7. We need a seasoned .NET Core developer to redesign core services, implement zero‑downtime deployment patterns, and improve observability. The work will be fully remote and time‑boxed, with close collaboration across architecture and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor legacy .NET code‑base to .NET 7 using clean architecture principles
• Design and implement blue‑green or canary release pipelines on Azure
• Introduce health checks, logging, and metrics for real‑time monitoring
• Write automated unit and integration tests to safeguard existing functionality
• Coordinate with DevOps to ensure seamless rollout without service interruption

Must-have skills

• 5+ years professional experience with .NET Core and C#
• Deep knowledge of Azure services (App Service, AKS, Functions)
• Proven track record of zero‑downtime deployments in production
• Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and containerization

Nice to have

• Experience with Event‑Driven architectures (Kafka, Service Bus)
• Familiarity with Terraform or ARM templates
• Background in performance tuning legacy monoliths
