About the role

DataPro Services is revamping its customer‑facing services to achieve rock‑solid performance and reliability. We need a Python Backend Developer who can redesign critical pathways, reduce latency, and ensure uptime under heavy load.

Key responsibilities

• Profile existing services, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations.
• Refactor core Python modules for concurrency and efficient resource use.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems.
• Collaborate with front‑end and DevOps teams to align API contracts and deployment pipelines.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee regression safety.

Must-have skills

• Advanced Python development, preferably with Django.
• Design and implementation of high‑performance REST APIs.
• Deep experience with PostgreSQL tuning and query optimization.
• Proficiency in asynchronous programming and caching strategies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience in CI/CD tooling for automated testing and deployment.
