About the role

Cascade Apps is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay live 24/7. We need a TypeScript Developer to redesign core services, introduce type‑safe code, and enable zero‑downtime deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor existing TypeScript codebases for scalability and maintainability
• Implement feature flags and blue‑green releases to ensure zero‑downtime
• Collaborate with DevOps to automate build pipelines and monitoring
• Write unit and integration tests covering critical paths
• Document migration steps and provide knowledge transfer to the internal team

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of TypeScript development experience
• Deep knowledge of Angular and React ecosystems
• Proven experience with zero‑downtime deployment strategies
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

Nice to have

• Experience with micro‑frontend architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Background in legacy system migration
