About the role

BlueSky Ventures is preparing a high‑impact mobile app store launch that demands tight alignment between the frontend mobile experience and the backend services. We need a TypeScript Developer who can bridge these layers, ensuring smooth data flow and robust performance across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement type‑safe APIs that serve both iOS/Android clients and web dashboards
• Collaborate with mobile engineers to define data contracts and error handling strategies
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code for serverless functions and micro‑services
• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices for typing, testing, and documentation
• Optimize latency and scalability for the upcoming release window

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript with a focus on backend development
• Experience building RESTful or GraphQL services for mobile applications
• Familiarity with Node.js runtime and modern build tools
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote setting

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Angular or React for shared component libraries
• Experience with cloud functions (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration
