Key Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice-over tracks for a wide range of projects, including commercials, documentaries, animations, and corporate videos.
• Collaborate with our production team to develop and refine scripts, and provide feedback on script quality and feasibility.
• Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and deliver voice-over tracks that meet their expectations.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand voice and tone, and ensure that all voice-over work aligns with our brand guidelines.
• Participate in voice-over direction and coaching sessions to ensure that all talent is aware of the project's vision and goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our voice-over services.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that showcase our voice-over services and attract new clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, and respond to client inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the development of new ideas and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of voice-over work, including project files, scripts, and client feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in voice-over work, with a strong portfolio of commercial, documentary, animation, and corporate video projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in audio recording and editing software such as Adobe Audition and Pro Tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of brand voice and tone, with the ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
