About the role

Keystone Digital is launching a new product line and needs a PostgreSQL Administrator to lead a test automation uplift. The focus is to reduce regression risk before each release by tightening database testing and monitoring. You will work closely with QA engineers and DevOps to embed robust data validation into the CI pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated PostgreSQL test suites for schema and performance validation
• Integrate database tests into existing CI/CD workflows
• Identify and remediate flaky queries and data inconsistencies
• Collaborate with developers to optimize query plans and indexing for test scenarios
• Maintain test environments and ensure data refreshes are reliable

Must-have skills

• 5+ years managing PostgreSQL in production
• Proven experience building test automation for databases
• Strong SQL scripting and query optimization abilities
• Familiarity with CI tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions

Nice to have

• Experience with MongoDB or MySQL for cross‑database testing
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) for test environments
• Background in performance benchmarking and load testing
