Senior Terraform Engineer Needed for Observability Stack Setup

About the role

Orbit Labs is expanding its B2B platform with a multi‑tenant feature set. We need a Terraform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain reusable infrastructure modules that support rapid tenant onboarding and isolated environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and codify multi‑tenant AWS networking, IAM, and storage using Terraform
• Integrate Terraform workflows into CI/CD pipelines for automated provisioning
• Collaborate with product and security teams to embed compliance controls
• Provide documentation and runbooks for hand‑off to operations
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Terraform state and module performance

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of infrastructure as code experience, primarily Terraform
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (VPC, RDS, S3, IAM)
• Strong DevOps mindset with CI/CD pipeline integration
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, remote contract settings

Nice to have

• Experience with multi‑tenant SaaS architectures
• Familiarity with Terragrunt or Terraform Cloud
• Background in security compliance (SOC2, ISO27001)
