About the role

DataPro Services is launching a performance and reliability overhaul of its customer‑facing services. We need a proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to embed security controls while ensuring uptime and fast response times. You will work closely with engineers to assess risk, harden systems, and monitor threats in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability assessments on web and API layers
• Design and implement security monitoring dashboards
• Collaborate with dev teams to integrate security checks into CI pipelines
• Respond to incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and document findings
• Provide guidance on secure configuration for Linux servers and cloud resources

Must-have skills

• Hands‑on experience with security testing tools (e.g., Nessus, OWASP ZAP)
• Strong scripting ability in Python for automation
• Deep knowledge of Linux hardening and log analysis
• Understanding of network protocols and common attack vectors

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SIEM platforms
• Experience with container security
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
