About the role

TechFlow Inc is launching an integration project that links billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a Cybersecurity Analyst to design and enforce security controls throughout the data flow, ensuring compliance and resilience. The role focuses on threat modeling, risk assessment, and secure configuration of the integration pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform threat modeling for the billing‑CRM‑API integration.
• Develop security policies and hardening guidelines for Linux‑based services.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for anomalous activity across the integrated endpoints.
• Conduct code reviews and static analysis of Python scripts handling sensitive data.
• Collaborate with developers to remediate vulnerabilities and enforce least‑privilege access.

Must-have skills

• Strong understanding of network and application security principles.
• Hands‑on experience securing Python applications on Linux environments.
• Proficiency with security tooling (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanners, IDS/IPS).
• Ability to write clear security documentation and risk reports.

Nice to have

• Experience with API security standards (OAuth, JWT, OpenAPI).
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as PCI‑DSS or GDPR.
