DevOps Engineer Needed for Secure Kubernetes Deployment

About the role

Ridgeline Software is enhancing its release process with a focused test automation uplift. We need a DevOps Engineer to design and integrate automated test pipelines that lower regression risk before each launch.

Key responsibilities

• Build CI/CD workflows that trigger automated test suites on every code merge
• Containerize test environments using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Integrate AWS services for scalable test execution and reporting
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to define test coverage metrics
• Document pipeline configurations and hand‑over knowledge to internal staff

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for test environment management
• Hands‑on AWS experience, especially EC2, S3, and CodeBuild
• Solid scripting abilities (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
• Understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices

Nice to have

• Background in performance or security testing automation
• Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code
• Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch or Prometheus
