About the role

Summit Digital is refreshing a legacy production platform that must stay online 24/7. We need a Frontend React Developer to rebuild the UI layer while guaranteeing zero‑downtime for users. You will work closely with backend engineers and product owners to deliver a smooth, modern experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive React components using TypeScript
• Migrate existing UI screens to a component‑driven architecture
• Integrate with legacy APIs without interrupting service
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability
• Collaborate in code reviews and sprint planning

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Understanding of zero‑downtime deployment patterns
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for frontend assets
• Experience modernizing legacy codebases
• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand)
