Frontend React Developer Needed for Secure E-commerce Platform

About the role

LumenWorks is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a focused Frontend React Developer to reinforce the UI layer against emerging threats while preserving performance and accessibility.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and refactor existing React components to eliminate XSS and injection risks
• Implement secure authentication flows using OAuth2 and token rotation
• Integrate Content Security Policy headers through client‑side code
• Collaborate with backend engineers to align security standards across the stack
• Write unit and integration tests that validate security controls

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React, Hooks, and functional components
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Understanding of common web security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10)
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part‑time schedule

Nice to have

• Familiarity with security testing tools such as Snyk or npm audit
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated security scans
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) security best practices
