iOS App Developer – Production API Design

About the role

Summit Digital is launching a new iOS product and needs an experienced iOS App Developer to uplift test automation. You will help reduce regression risk before release by building robust automated test suites and integrating them into our CI pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement UI and unit test cases using Xcode and XCTest
• Create end‑to‑end automation scripts for critical user flows
• Integrate automated tests with existing CI/CD workflows
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to prioritize regression coverage
• Document test strategies and maintain test artefacts

Must-have skills

• 2+ years of Swift development for iOS
• Proficiency with Xcode testing frameworks and CI integration
• Strong understanding of REST API consumption in mobile apps
• Experience writing maintainable, reusable test code

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Fastlane or similar automation tools
• Knowledge of UI testing tools like EarlGrey or Appium
• Exposure to Agile sprint cycles and test‑driven development
