About the role

We are building a scalable data pipeline to empower operations teams with real‑time analytics. As a Python Backend Developer you will design, implement, and optimize services that ingest, transform, and expose data for downstream dashboards and alerts.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop ETL components using Python and Django
• Create robust REST APIs for data access and analytics queries
• Design PostgreSQL schemas and write performant queries
• Implement data validation, error handling, and logging
• Collaborate with data engineers and product owners to refine requirements

Must-have skills

• Strong Python programming experience
• Proficiency with Django REST Framework
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and query optimization
• Understanding of data pipeline patterns and API design

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
• Background in operational analytics or monitoring tools
