About the role

LumenWorks is revamping its core production platform, codenamed "PulseBridge," to achieve zero‑downtime releases. We need a React Native Developer to modernize the legacy mobile client, ensuring seamless feature roll‑outs while preserving existing user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor the current React Native codebase to adopt the new modular architecture of PulseBridge.
• Implement CodePush integration for over‑the‑air updates without service interruption.
• Set up automated CI pipelines using GitHub Actions and Fastlane for iOS and Android builds.
• Migrate legacy native modules to modern React Native bridges, targeting Android API 33 and iOS 16.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to align API contracts and test zero‑downtime deployment scripts.
• Document migration steps and create a rollback checklist for the production rollout.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React Native (>=2 years) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficient in Android and iOS build tooling (Gradle, Xcode, Fastlane).
• Hands‑on with CodePush, OTA updates, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of zero‑downtime deployment patterns.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests using Jest and Detox.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client.
• Experience optimizing app performance for low‑end devices.
