Senior CI/CD Pipeline Engineer – Infrastructure Setup Delivery

About the role

Harbor Softworks is launching a greenfield SaaS product with a remote‑first team. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and automate the end‑to‑end delivery workflow for our microservices architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Architect a scalable CI/CD pipeline on AWS using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes
• Integrate automated testing, security scans, and monitoring into the pipeline
• Collaborate with developers to define build standards and release strategies
• Document pipeline configurations and provide knowledge transfer to the team

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines for SaaS products
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
• Proficient with scripting (Bash, Python) and IaC tools
• Understanding of Git workflows and version control best practices

Nice to have

• Experience with Helm charts and service mesh technologies
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana
• Background in security‑focused pipeline integrations
