About the role

CloudWave Digital is launching a security hardening initiative for its suite of cloud‑hosted applications. We need a Frontend React Developer to reinforce the UI layer against emerging threats while preserving performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and refactor existing React components to meet security best practices.
• Implement input validation, output encoding, and CSP headers in the frontend.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate secure authentication flows.
• Write unit and integration tests focusing on security edge cases.
• Document changes and provide guidance for future secure development.

Must-have skills

• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building accessible, responsive UI with HTML & CSS.
• Understanding of common web security vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and deliver quality code on schedule.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with security scanning tools for frontend code.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
