About the role

Silverline Labs is creating a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for operations teams. We need a full stack web developer to design, implement, and integrate end‑to‑end solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable REST APIs to ingest and process operational data.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using React.
• Implement data transformation jobs and ensure reliable MongoDB storage.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product owners to define schemas and performance metrics.
• Write unit and integration tests, and maintain CI pipelines.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React and NodeJS.
• Proficient JavaScript coding and debugging.
• Hands‑on work with MongoDB for data modeling and queries.
• Understanding of data pipelines, ETL concepts, and API security.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP) for deployment.
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Looker or Power BI.
