About the role

Ridgeline Software is extending its B2B platform with a multi‑tenant feature set. We need a Microservices Architect to design, implement, and guide the delivery of tenant‑isolated services that scale securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Define the microservice decomposition strategy for multi‑tenant delivery
• Architect containerized services using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes
• Establish API contracts, versioning, and inter‑service communication patterns
• Implement observability, logging, and resilience best practices
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align architecture with business goals

Must-have skills

• Deep experience designing microservice ecosystems for SaaS products
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Java‑based services
• Strong understanding of multi‑tenant security and data isolation
• Ability to produce clear architectural diagrams and documentation

Nice to have

• Experience with API gateways and service mesh technologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for container deployments
• Background in performance tuning of distributed Java applications
