About the role

We are boosting our test automation framework to cut regression risk before each product launch. As a MongoDB Specialist you will design data models and queries that power reliable automated tests.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas for high‑volume test data sets
• Develop scripts to seed, refresh, and clean test databases quickly
• Integrate MongoDB operations into CI pipelines for automated validation
• Collaborate with QA engineers to define data‑driven test cases
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot data‑related failures during test runs

Must-have skills

• 5+ years working with MongoDB in production environments
• Strong command of aggregation pipelines and indexing strategies
• Experience embedding MongoDB calls in JavaScript/Node.js test suites
• Proficiency in performance tuning and data migration

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Dockerized MongoDB instances
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Background in test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright)
