About the role

Silverline Labs is preparing a high‑traffic mobile app for store launch. We need a MongoDB Specialist to align the backend data layer with the mobile front‑end, ensuring fast, reliable sync and optimal schema design.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement MongoDB schemas that support real‑time mobile features
• Optimize queries and indexes for low‑latency data access
• Collaborate with mobile engineers to define API contracts and data validation
• Set up replication and sharding strategies for scalability
• Conduct performance testing and troubleshoot bottlenecks

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with MongoDB deployment, indexing, and aggregation pipelines
• Proficiency in NodeJS and RESTful API design
• Understanding of mobile data sync patterns and offline support
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities

Nice to have

• Familiarity with React Native or native mobile frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for database migrations
• Knowledge of security best practices for data at rest and in transit
